Many time when we are doing analysis of raster files we need a single feature in a single raster file. this can be easily done by a facility “Extract by Attribute” avilable in ArcMap. A ground truth image is the image prepaired by user on the basis of ground verification and it is used for varifying the accuracy of any stastical classification. We usually classify images using various classifiers such as Parallelepiped , Fuzzy, Minimum distance , Maximum Likelihood classification etc. To verify the accuracy of these classifications we usually go for Error Matrix Analysis (Accuracy Assesment) in IDRISI, where this module is avilable with name of ERRMAT. read More.. We have had a few customers require alert for both panic buttons which they wire to our GO-3000 and GPSI-4000 devices, as well as “power cycle” alerts (due to tampering, battery changes, etc.).
