IDRISI Andes itself have about 400 inbuilt geo-referencing system files. But still many people could not found the file they actually need to project their data (Raster or Vector). The solution is that they can make their own defined reference file.

A ground truth image is the image prepaired by user on the basis of ground verification and it is used for varifying the accuracy of any stastical classification. We usually classify images using various classifiers such as Parallelepiped , Fuzzy, Minimum distance , Maximum Likelihood classification etc. To verify the accuracy of these classifications we usually go for Error Matrix Analysis (Accuracy Assesment) in IDRISI, where this module is avilable with name of ERRMAT. read More..
